Comfortable and ideal location, we did not want to leave.
It was truly a really enjoyable stay of ur vacation, the hotel met expectation. The staff were cooperative, and the room was brand-new and spotless with 2 bunk beds and shower, for example. Our venue was 25 minutes drive away from airport.

Conveniently located near restaurants and the train station. Subway lines A and B, and the airport express are right across the road. Room had a TV, AC, and a small freezer. Helpful reception staff. Good value for the price.

The staffs in this hotel are all friednly, they tried their best to help us.
The bathroon is a little bit small for medium size or bigger size people.

It was great with a fridge in the room and free internet.
The room was way too small to 5 people and the fact that the double bed had a canopy only added to the claustophopic feeling of the room. The breakfast was a joke - nobody can survive on a cup of coffee/juice and a croissant.

my recent stay in Rome exceeded expectations. Viennese, with its excellent location and helpful staff, made my little getaway even better. The accessibility to transportation, including the airport shuttle, and nearby shops made exploring the city a breeze. Special thanks to the kind and accommodating staff, especially Tonio or Tony, for ensuring a pleasant stay.
Breakfast was lacking.

Very disappointing as I had my Grandaughter & we were moved to an annex in side street. We felt vulnerable in the area but we did see better hotel that we atayed in after Viennese. The Syracusa same price but far superior in every way.
We had to go to cafe for breakfast with voucher & it was awful.I would not stay at the Viennese again. The web site & reviews for this hotel were completely misleading & inaccurate.

Overall the staff was friendly. It was close to he rail station. The sheets were clean and there was a computer with free internet in the room.
The hotel was very shabby, dark, and not in what we considered to be a safe area. The furnisings were old and didn't appear very clean. If you wanted a shower, the water went all over the bathroom floor and actually leaked out into the room. We were not given a room in the main hotel; rather we were sent around the corner to a much older building. The bed had a sheet and a vry thin bedspread. No additional covers were available. For approximately $165/night, we were not at all satisifed!!!!!!!!
